Children’s Worship Center

In the month of October we will be learning about Bible heroes: Joseph (10/6), Joshua and the Battle of Jericho (10/13), Gideon (10/20) and “What Halloween Means” (10/27). Our children’s worship ministry is provided every Sunday morning at 10:30 am and includes fun songs, games, crafts, refreshments and more.

Parent’s Night Out

Another fun-filled Parent’s Night Out is being planned for Friday, October 11th from 5:30 until 8:00 pm. On this night we will be having a “Noah’s Ark” costume party. All sorts of “Noah’s Ark” activities are planned for the evening. Feel free to have your children dress up as animals or Bible characters but please, no scary or gory costumes.

Children ages 4 through the 6th grade are invited to join us for this free evening of fun and laughter while parents can enjoy a “kid-free” evening. Supper for the children will be provided on this night.

Baby Dedication

Preston and Candace Moulton will be presenting their infant son, Kyle, to be dedicated to the Lord on Sunday morning, October 27th during the 10:30 am service.

Fall Festival & Trunk-n-Treat

Once again we are planning a community family event along with our traditional trunk-n-treat on Saturday, October 26th beginning at 11:00 am. Join us for a pumpkin hunt (searching for pumpkins hidden in hay), hayrides, crafts, various activities and good fall snacks. This event is geared toward families and children up to age 12. It is a free event and open to the public! Please feel free to invite your friends, family and neighbors.

Mortgage Burning Celebration

On October 27th, we will be having a combined worship service beginning at 10:00 am and will be celebrating God’s goodness to us in providing the means and resources needed to pay off our church mortgage. Pastor Ralph Chapman will be our special guest on this day and will share briefly the journey that God started about 20 years ago.

Pastor Norm Mesel will share the morning message reminding us that the journey is still happening. A fellowship dinner will follow the morning worship service.
